Oksana Grigorieva is finally talking about the battle between her and actor Mel Gibson.
She discusses the horrifying audio tapes, her daughter Lucia, and the abuse allegations she has made against Mel Gibson.
“I’m devastated. Everybody’s devastated,” Grigorieva, 40, tells Radaronline in her first extended interview since the scandal broke a few weeks ago.
“It is unfair that by standing up to somebody — and speaking out — I am being victimized all over again. He has hurt so many people.”
Finally, she explains why she chose to tape the shocking, obscenity-laced phone calls and voicemails from Gibson that have stormed the web.
“Because I didn’t think I was going to make it through the night,” she explains.
She adds that all of that disturbing audio was recorded during one night.
“Everything, by the way, this is really important, all the tapes that you hear on the Internet, all of them were recorded that one night…The tapes, as you call them, the voicemails, everything was recorded that night because I was in fear for my life.”
“I really did not think I was going to make it.”
She also says that Mel’s claim that she tried to extort him are totally false and that it is merely a smear campaign.

Oksana Grigorieva wrote an email to one her lawyers detailing an abusive encounter with her ex actor Mel Gibson. She sent this email just hours after the incident. She claims Mel punched her in the head twice while she was holding their two-month-old daughter Lucia.
Here are some excerpts from her email.
“He hit me in the face with a fist and broke two of my front teeth, as well as he was choking me with his elbow and squishing my face down with the palm of his hand,” Oksana wrote her lawyer shortly after midnight January 7.
“He went completely violent while I was holding our two month old baby crying in my arms,” she wrote to the lawyer.
“He yelled so loudly in my face for 15 minutes at least. I was trying to run away outside, begging him to stop.”
“He yelled even louder and kept spitting in my face,” she wrote to her lawyer, according a source familiar with the investigation.
“Then he kicked us out yelling and screaming.”
“I’m asking for your help. I don’t know what to do right now. The scariest thing is the safety of my children,” she wrote.
“He also threatened to take Lucia away from me, because he can. Because he has money!
“I’m not sure what to do. He is a father to my Lucy. But I have forgiven so much that he probably thinks I’ll just take it.”
“I’m lost.”
Oksana claims that the incident was prompted when Mel was trying to quit his addiction to cigarettes.
“When that happens, he turns into an ax murderer, as he calls it himself,” she said.
She then detailed how she was at a basketball game and Mel scared the babysitter.
She called him a “psycho” and described how she asked him not to make so much noise.
But Mel began screaming and Oksana wrote: “He is seriously scaring both of my children, especially Lucia.”
Mel is being investigated by the LA County Sheriff’s Department on charges of child abuse and domestic violence. They are also investigating Oksana on Mel’s charges that she was extorting him.

Miranda Kerr pregnant?
As we know, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were recently married in a top-secret ceremony only a month after becoming engaged. This, of course, prompted rumors that the couple were expecting a baby. The two have been tight lipped about it all, which of course has only fanned the flames. It’s pretty much been non-stop speculation, but the question still remains- is she or isn’t she?
The rumor mill heated up this week when a source close to Kerr told Us Weekly that Miranda is “definitely pregnant” and that she is “thrilled”…. “telling all her friends, mostly other models, about it.” The insider also claimed that we shouldn’t expect an official announcement anytime soon, while pointing out that since Kerr is a Victoria’s Secret model that poses in lingerie- “it will be obvious soon.”
The “source” has definitely got a point. But if Kerr is indeed expecting- her bod hasn’t changed much so far, which makes ya wonder exactly how far along she’s supposed to be?

Sandra Bullock is feeling blindsided by Big Oil.
Uh-oh. This is a serious case of celeb do-gooding gone wrong.
Sandra Bullock’s publicist says that the part-time New Orleans resident, and new mommy wants out of the “Be the One” video put together by Women of the Storm’s Restore the Gulf campaign after learning the organization is sponsored by America’s Wetland Foundation, which has taken money from various oil companies, including BP.

“Ms. Bullock was originally contacted through her attorney to be a part of the PSA in order to promote awareness of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico,” says Bullock spokeswoman Cheryl Maisel. “At no time was she made aware that any organization, oil company or otherwise had influence over Women of the Storm or its message.”
The promo features such celebs as John Goodman, Dave Matthews and Lenny Kravitz lobbying viewers to sign a petition asking President Barack Obama and Congress to pass legislation to restore the Gulf Coast’s wetlands and protect it “for me and future generations.”
But Sandy reconsidered her participation after a report by DeSmogBlog, which called America’s Wetland a front for oil companies.
“We have immediately asked for [Bullock's] participation in the PSA be removed until the facts be determined,” says Maisel.
Given she owns a home in the Crescent City, Maisel says that Bullock still fully supports the cause of reconstructing the wetlands and will continue to “pursue opportunities that will bring awareness and support to the plight of the Gulf region.”
Women of the Storm’s founder, Anne Milling, denies the advocacy organization receives funding from oil companies and expressed hope that once she hears their side, Bullock might change her mind.
Sandy has requested a meeting with them to address the controversy and review the matter. As for the other celebs lending their good rep to the video, Milling sent notes to them and says that all remain firmly behind the group’s mission…for now.
