According to RadarOnline, Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva has secret evidence against Mel Gibson! Oksana reportedly stored the evidence on a DVD.
Immediately following this revelation, Gibson asked the court to seal her DVD evidence and got an order prohibiting her to make it public.
These new details come days after the pair each filed restraining orders against each other.
Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40 have an eight-month-old daughter together. They split in April after being together a little over a year.
The Russian musician filed a restraining order against her ex-lover first, prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of her.
According to reports, Gibson allegedly punched Oksana in the face two times during a fit of rage, which gave her a concussion. This incident allegedly happened on January 6th.
Believe it or not, no one in Gibson’s camp has denied the abuse…

Vince Neil DUI mugshot
According to TMZ, Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil was busted early Monday morning on suspicion of DUI in Las Vegas. Shortly before the rocker was arrested he was spotted at his restaurant Vince Neil’s Tres Rios. Police arrived to question him involving an incident around 11:53 PM, where a woman told police Neil had grabbed her camera and smashed it after she took his picture sometime last night.
TMZ spoke to Neil’s wife — who says the rocker had been sober for three years.
Neil has a history of drug and alcohol abuse, however and was involved in a car crash in 1984 which killed Hanoi Rocks musician Nicholas Dingley while he was drunk-driving. The rocker’s booze problems also reportedly led to the group’s split in 1992 and he endured a spell in rehab in 1997 after the band got back together.
However, in a interview with the rocker just last July, Neil insisted there’s no point in forcing addicts to visit a medical center, because it won’t help them curb drinking and drug-taking forever.
He says, “Most people go to rehab just to dry out, not to actually stop drinking or doing drugs. Usually they go there because they’ve been given an ultimatum by their wife or boss. They’re not there for themselves; they’re there because someone wants them to be there. That’s why it doesn’t work. You have to go when you want to go.”

Jaicko, Callin’ All Night Long
Jaicko has recently debuted a track that he says is inspired by and samples the song “I’ll Be Missing You”, Puff Daddy’s take on the Police classic “Every Breath You Take”. And we’ve got the video of Jaicko in the studio recording it.

While Jaicko prepares to take his sexy self out on the road in support of his new album Can I, he is excited to be able to share his music with all his fans.
He says, “It’s great fun being on the road. I get a chance to meet a lot of people and meet a lot of fans. I’ve been campaigning. You could call me the Barack Obama of the music industry. I’m just trying to reach the people and really feel what they want.”
However there’s only one thing Jaicko can’t stand about touring. He says, “I hate backstage. There is always an enclosed area and I can’t see what’s going on on-stage and I can’t see fans. I like to stand on the side of the stage so I can see before I go on and I pray. I pray a lot. We don’t have a big team so I do all the praying mostly myself and then I go out there and do my own thing.”
And while his career is still blossoming he hopes to make an impact in all he does. Jaicko says, “Every moment has been a highlight for me, every single step. I’d like 30 years from now, people to be able to be listening to my records, and seeing what a good person I was. I plan to do a lot in the community. I want to leave a legacy. Longevity is the most important thing.”

Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva custody fight
Unless you didn’t get the memo, Mel Gibson is crazy. No, seriously- totally, completely, irrefutably insane. And since he’s insane (duh!), craziness follows him, or rather, he attracts it, or even better- he creates it.
That said, it should come as no real shocker that Mel and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva separated and things are getting messy. Let’s put it this way: Mel and Oksana are making Charlie and Denise’s breakup seem civil.
It was no real surprise when Mel and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva separated in May, but until recently the drama has been kept to a minimum. Through mediation the two had agreed to joint custody of their daughter, Lucia, but on Monday Oksana filed a restraining order against him in court. That, of course, is when mess got real and the accusations starting flying….
On Friday we learned of an alleged fight between the two in January (yes, you read that right- January) in which Oksana claims Mel physically assaulted her. And by “assaulted her”, I mean she says he punched her in the face, knocking out teeth. This altercation was the basis of the recent restraining order- 6 months later. A source close to her claims she was tired of “living in fear”, while a source close to him said she’s the one that went crazy the day in question, shaking their daughter to the point that Mel had to “step in.”
Of course, Mel’s lawyer contested the restraining order- which also prevented Mel from seeing his daughter- and joint custody was put back in place. At that point it was revealed that Oksana secretly taped them fighting, but that the judge had ordered the tapes sealed. And now there are claims that Mel hasn’t been paying child support. Oy vey.
Now both sides have entered into the usual game of he said she said that will most likely escalate to various levels of ridiculousness until they finally go their separate ways, and with kids involved that is easier said than done- especially in Hollywood.
My favorite quote thus far? A source close to Oksana said, “Mel and his camp are spinning the facts in a desperate attempt to protect his reputation.”
Um, I’m pretty sure his “reputation” is that he’s crazy- any notion to the contrary pretty much disappeared circa 2006.

Jessica Simpson, detox
Apparently when you’re a mega celeb like Jessica Simpson, and you have so much on your mind like your failed country music career and why VH1 only paid for 8 episodes of “The Price of Beauty”, sometimes you just need a detox.
Luckily for Jess, help was on the way.
Apparently Miz Simpson enlisted the help of “Master Wang” of the Medicine Buddha Teahouse and Healing Center this weekend to bring her to spiritual clarity and she tweeted all about it:

Beyonce, Dad Feud
Beyonce‘s dad could be fired as manager
Reason number 5367 why you probably shouldn’t employ your parent as your manager….
According to the New York Post, Beyonce is still at odds with her father and manager, Matthew Knowles, refusing to speak to him since news broke of his affair and subsequent love child with Alexsandra Wright. Sources told Page Six that the relationship between Beyonce and her dad have become so strained that even her label, Columbia, is a bit worried.
Last year DNA tests confirmed that Matthew was indeed Alexsandra Wright‘s baby daddy. It seems Mr. Knowles had an 18 month affair with Wright while he was still married to Beyonce’s mom, Tina. You know, Tina- Beyonce’s mom and his wife of 39 years.
Beyonce’s dad has helped guide his daughter’s career from its early days with Destiny’s Child and is still her acting manager, but Beyonce has always been incredibly close to her mom. Given their closeness, it isn’t really surprising that news of her father’s infidelity would cause tension between the two. Now things have escalated to the point that sources are claiming that Columbia wants him out of the picture.
Since the story first developed, Beyonce’s parents have divorced and Matthew has been ordered to pay $8,200 a month in child support to Alexsandra until a final child support settlement is reached. I wonder how dear ol’ dad is going to pay that child support bill once Beyonce and/or Columbia kicks him off the payroll….?
